Megan Long - Director/Project Manager
Megan joined us with over 5 years of office management experience, 4 years of property management experience, and a lifelong familiarity with the landscape and construction industry. Prior to joining Scotch Boy, Inc., Megan was a medical coder and biller. She managed a local medical practice for several years as well as managing rental properties. She takes pride in her work and values honesty. She has also been an active volunteer in the LCFD#1 Ladies Auxiliary. In her spare time, she enjoys powerlifting and throwing in local highland/celtic games.

Laurie MacDonald - CFO / President
Laurie displays superior leadership during transitional phases, including hiring professional staff, implementing budget reductions, reviewing and executing contracts, and strategic Business Planning. With a strong knowledge of both cash and accrual accounting systems, Laurie has been responsible for multi-fund budgets. She has experience in all aspects of financial forecasting, resource allocation, fund management, accounting, and control. She has been an active member of the Cheyenne Chamber of Commerce, Cheyenne LEADS, the WCA, and the Wyoming Construction Coalition, as well as a Board Member of Blue Federal Credit Union. In her spare time, she is a champion in powerlifting within the USAPowerlifting organization and has won several trophies and awards in the World Championships several times.Rob MacDonald - CEO
With more than 20 years of Landscape and Irrigation experience, Rob takes great pride in a job well done. Through hard work, honesty, and delivering on promises made, Rob has developed a solid, trustworthy reputation not only for himself, but for the company. Rob has been an active member of the Cheyenne Chamber of Commerce, Cheyenne LEADS, the WCA, Wyoming Construction Coalition, and the Wyoming Groundskeepers and Growers Association (WGGA), as well as a Board Member of the Decatur Condo Association. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing and 4-wheeling in the hills in Nevada.Jody Rupple - Operations Manager
With over 20 years of experience in the landscape industry, Jody has extensive knowledge in the operations of Commercial Installation. Prior to joining Scotch Boy, Inc., Jody was a General Field Superintendent. He managed a diverse project portfolio, including Lynn Grove Cemetery, the City of Greeley Irrigation/Dump Station, Pioneer Park, Sunrise School, District 6 Sports Complex, Sheridan Country Club, McKee Hospital, Kersey High School, and Holly Park. Jody Rupple holds a degree in Turf and Landscape Management. He is a Landscape Industry Certified Technician in Hardscapes, Softscapes, and Irrigation Installation. Jody is also trained in OSHA 10 Hour, Forklift Safety, OSHA 1926 Sub Part P - Evacuation Competent Person, and is certified in First Aid/CPR.
